Returns/Cancellations

Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it on the delivery sheet and not accept the delivery.  If your item(s) do arrived damaged and you are unable to refuse delivery, please send photos to returns@backupgeneratorstore.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.  You must report any damage to a delivered item within 7 days of delivery.

 Cancellations:

All orders cancelled Before Shipment are subject to a $40 administration fee. If your item has shipped the return policy will apply (see Below).  If you have pre-ordered a product you can cancel any time prior to shipment for a full refund. See Our Pre-Order Page

Returns:

Returns are only accepted 30 days from date of delivery.  All returns will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.  You will also be responsible for the actual return shipping charges.  

Product must be in original, factory sealed packaging with all associated literature and warranty cards in original condition.

Product cannot have been used

Photos are required to ensure product is in original packaging prior to return.

Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order, after the item has been received back in to our warehouse.
