Pre-orders

Due to the global pandemic and what it has done to the supply chain for generators we have decided to start taking Pre-orders for out of stock items.

All product pages of any item that is out of stock has on the page the APPROX. date of when the warehouse expects the item to come in.  

The benefits of pre-ordering are that as soon as the item comes in it will ship out within a couple of days so you will get one from that shipment and will avoid further delay.

When you pre-order an item we will keep you updated as to any changes in the approx. date that you were given when you pre-ordered.

 

Pre-ordering does mean that you will be paying for an item that might have a longer lead time. Due to this, we will allow you to cancel a pre-order item prior to shipment without any cancellation fees.
